Shipping policy

All products at Kivo are custom made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner. Once you place an order, it goes into production and is printed, packed, and shipped directly to you in branded packaging.

Estimated Timeline:
- Order processing & printing: 2-3 business days
- Shipping/delivery: 2-5 business days depending on your location and courier
- Total estimated delivery: 3-6 business days from the date of order

Orders are shipped across India through trusted courier partners, and delivery times may vary slightly for remote or Tier 2/3 city pincodes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to follow your package in real time.

Note: Since every item is printed specifically for you after ordering, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
